Marcel Linares - Our First Life Member
For some time now we have discussed the idea of offering Marcel Linares a life membership of the Boules Artistes Petanque Club. Marcel has made a fantastic contribution to the sport in this country not only be supplying the equipment we need to play but by starting great competitions such as the OBUT Masters in Tahbilk and supporting clubs in other similar ventures. This decision was made before his kind offer to sponsor the DHTC.
Marcel has been a great friend, member and supporter of the Boules Artistes. He now rarely plays competitions since retiring 'up the coast' but we would like to acknowledge his part in our development by making him our first life member! Congratulations Marcel
